We are currently recruiting for a Head of Quality UK for a leading manufacturer in Cardiff. This is a varied and rewarding role which will cover a number of different manufacturing sites around the UK and a role where you will ensure that the customer is provided with a consistent and reliable product which is 'fit for purpose'. As Head of Quality UK you will: Ensure that the company Quality Management Systems are compliant to the requirement set out ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and MDSAP within D365 and supportive systems. Drive continuous improvement through key metrics across all facilities in the UK. Manage the quality departments at UK sites, providing guidance and support to all levels of the company. Manage the QA Teams at each UK facility as well as the company Quality Management Systems Monitor the regulatory impact into the Quality Management Systems Manage quality control in production as well as external audits Provide Quality support not only to manufacturing sites but also to service centres nationwideQualifications required You must be qualified to degree level or equivalent in a science/engineering subject Experience leading multiple ISO13485 audits Internal Audit Qualification Project management experience Good knowledge of internal and external auditsAs well as a very competitive salary, you will benefit from a company pension, life assurance, gym membership, formal reward and recognition scheme, an employee assistance programme as well as other employee benefits.
