SEMH Tutor

SEMH Tutor - Harrow North East London - 10 hours a week Remedy Education are looking for a SEMH tutor to work with a boy in year 15 who have server SEN needs. The tuition is for 10 hours (2 hours a day) to support the student with learning life skills, expressive arts, English and Maths. his role is perfect for qualified SEN / SEND teachers who are eager to work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs, in a creative, flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed manner, to raise their engagement and drastically improve the outlook of their educational journey. The SEN / SEND Tutor role: This role will involve providing Maths and English tuition for a young student with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) The young student has been referred to us by local authorities and schools and will require some level of support in their educational and social-emotional journey If selected, your role will be to provide this support via flexible and holistic trauma-informed tutoring and mentoringIf you think you are the right person for this role then please apply now or call Sophie at Remedy on (phone number removed)
