The school is based within easy reach of excellent transport and has had an Outstanding OFSTED for over 5 years. The school is very well known in the borough of Wandsworth for excellent academics results and is oversubscribed in every year group. The Headteacher is ready to interview and appoint and an enthusiastic and diligent administrator to support their staff, children, parents and carers. Primary School Administrator duties will include; Keeping attendance records Liaising with PTFA GDPR knowledge regarding management of records Secondary transfer administration Meeting and greeting visitors Managing inbound and outbound calls Typing letters and dealing with post Corresponding with staff and parents Managing SIMS to maintain and enter data Supporting staff with administrative duties The successful Primary School Administrator will have; Prior experience with SIMS / Arbour is essential. A track record of working in education is essential Confident in handling various tasks. Able to multi-task. Professional and personal approach. Excellent organisation skills.
