Hairdressing Teacher

Job Title: Hairdressing Teacher (Immediate) Location: Gloucester Duration: Approximately 12 months Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hairdressing Teacher to support a centre in Gloucester and deliver high-quality training for Level 1 and Level 2 Hairdressing courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing support and guidance to help students achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for Level 1 and Level 2 Hairdressing courses. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners. Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements. Support students in achieving their learning goals and preparing for assessments. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching practices.Requirements: Relevant teaching qualification and experience in hairdressing education. Strong knowledge of Level 1 and Level 2 Hairdressing curriculum and assessment criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
