Home First Team - Social Worker Pay rate - £30.50 PAYE / £38 Umbrella Swansea Council Office based 5 x days per week (Monday to Friday) Primarily based in Morriston Hospital, but may need to cover Singleton, Neath Port Talbot and Gorseinon. Contract will initially be until end of March 2025.
