Residential Property Paralegal

The Firm Our client, a Commercial law firm based in the West End are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team. The Opportunity The successful Paralegal will provide support to the Partners and have experience within Residential Property. Duties to include: Typing dictation files Drafting Transfers, AP1s, DS1s as and when required Land Registry applications and documentation Obtaining company documents through Companies House Completing and submitting SDLTs online Putting together report documentation for purchases Procuring indemnity policy quotes Diary management Dealing with file opening and due diligence requirements File closuresThis Paralegal opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm Required experience At least a years' experience working as a Paralegal within a busy Residential Property team (essential)Vacancy highlights Hybrid working Fantastic company cultureTo be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
