Work primarily from home with a hybrid model, including monthly travel to support learners in your area. Your Role: Deliver high-quality training and mentorship to apprentices Develop engaging learning resources aligned with curriculum standards Monitor apprentices' progress, providing feedback and support to help them succeed Ensure compliance with relevant safeguarding and childcare regulations What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in residential childcare. A recognized qualification in residential childcare (Level 3 or above). UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
