Year 2 Teacher

Zest education are working with a challenging primary school in Walsall who are looking for a year 2 teacher to join their team as soon as possible. The role will continue on a long term basic for the right candidate starting from March 2025. To be considered for this role you must be available to work 5 days each week. The school: • Two form entry friendly primary school • Own nursery provision • Provide an exciting curriculum to all pupils • Supportive team of SLT To be considered for this role you must: • Have experience teaching in KS1 • Have strong behaviour management skills • Be able to communicate effectively with other colleagues • Be able to build a rapport with the pupils within the class • Have a thorough knowledge of the KS1 curriculum. The school are highly advising both experienced teachers and ECT’s who have experience within KS1 to apply for this role. The pay will range between £130 and £212 depending on references and experience. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
