Join Our Team as a Multi-Trade Plumber We are currently expanding our repairs team and seeking dedicated professionals to work across Birmingham East. The Role: Multi-Trade Plumber As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs within social housing tenanted properties. This is a full-time, permanent mobile role, offering flexibility and opportunities for additional earnings through optional overtime and call-outs. Key Responsibilities: Conducting domestic plumbing maintenance and repair work. Working Monday to Friday, with optional overtime and call-out opportunities. Traveling across the assigned Birmingham East region. Requirements: Plumbing qualification and experience in domestic/social housing repairs. Full UK driving license. Reside within a commutable distance of Birmingham. Ability to pass a DBS check. What We Offer: Competitive Salary: Up to £32,000 base, with annual salary reviews. Bonus & Overtime: Annual bonus of £6,000, plus £1,000 standby for call-outs and overtime at enhanced rates. Vehicle & Equipment: Choice of electric or diesel company van, with an electric charge point installed at your home after probation. Generous Leave: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
