Location: Stokesley, Middlesborough Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum performance-based bonuses Benefits: Company vehicle or car allowance We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale groundworks and civil engineering project .This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join a growing, family-run business with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: Manage site operations from foundations to slabs, including drainage, paving, curbing, tarmacking, and external works. Oversee the construction of 70 new units Prepare work schedules, track progress, and report on site performance. Conduct meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal team members. Deliver toolbox talks and ensure health and safety compliance. Maintain accurate records and progress reports. Essential Requirements: Experience in groundworks, with a background in either main contractor or sub-contractor roles. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in using software for work programming and progress tracking. Ability to manage site logistics, labour, and client relations. Full, clean driving license.
