Roofer

Our client is a local property maintenance company that performs reactive maintenance to social housing properties and other local government properties within their domestic and commercial portfolios. They are looking to recruit a roofer who can assist with their day to day works orders of reactive maintenance and PPM. The key activities you will undertake in this role will be; A wide variety of roofing repairs at occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include; pitch, and flat roof repairs including replacement of tiles, felt, eave trays, lead repairs/replacement, mineral sheet repairs/replacement (torch on), and non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given).
