Senior BIM Manager

CSS Recruitment and Training are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator / Manager for London based projects. Working on behald of a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on commercial projects. Applicant will need previous experience working for a large M&E Contractor. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage BIM processes for M&E projects. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely BIM deliverables. Develop and maintain BIM models and documentation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Provide technical support and training to project teams. Conduct regular audits and quality checks on BIM models. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any BIM-related issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in BIM coordination and management, particularly in M&E projects. Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
