Opus people solutions on behalf of CPeterborough City Council have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join their Assessment team. Job Title: Social Worker - Assessment Team Length of assignment:3 Months Hours per week: 37 Hourly rate: £42 Location: Sand Martina House Remote/Office based: Hybrid, to be in the office every day when on Duty (once every 3 weeks) Work in partnership with children, young people and families/carers and, through building effective relationships, to elicit their needs and views and promote participation in decision making. Undertake assessments in accordance with statutory/regulatory and operational standards, policy, and procedures for the service and in the context of assessing risk to children and young people. Plan, implement and review a range of interventions for children, young people and families/carers in accordance with statutory/regulatory and operational standards, policy and procedures for the service.
