The Role: As a Buyer, you’ll be responsible for sourcing a diverse range of raw materials from suppliers across the globe. This is a critical role, ensuring the supply chain operates efficiently to meet production demands while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with international suppliers. Negotiate contracts to achieve the best value while ensuring quality and delivery requirements are met. Monitor market trends and assess risks to optimize purchasing strategies. Work closely with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to align purchasing activities with business needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical procurement practices. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a purchasing or buying role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG sectors. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with global supply chains and sourcing from international suppliers. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
