ServiceNow Engineer

You will implement, configure, and optimise ServiceNow solutions, particularly in the areas of Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITIL workflows. About the Role: • ServiceNow implementation and configuration: design, implement, and configure ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Customer Service Management (CSM) and ITIL workflows. • Solution architecture and design: collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Workflow automation and optimisation: configure and optimise workflows, business rules, and other ServiceNow components to automate and streamline IT and business processes. • Integration and support: lead the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation and provide ongoing user support. About You: • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, focusing on CSM and ITIL workflows. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or similar certifications. • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and AngularJS. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration (REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub). • Experience with ServiceNow orchestration and automation. • Familiarity with XML, JSON, and web services. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development pipelines. Key Information: • Role: ServiceNow Engineer • Salary: £40,000–£60,000 Per Annum • Location: Watchfield, Oxfordshire (SN6) – Hybrid: 3 Days On-Site Per Week • Eligibility: Sole British Citizens Only Due to Security Clearance Requirements.
