Commercial Manager

I am currently seeking a Permanent Commercial Manager for work with a UK Civils Contractor covering projects in Kent, London & Essex. This role would include but not be limited to the below Develop and manage budgets as well as forecast Oversea financial KPI Ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations Resolving contractual and commercial problems Risk assessment Discovering areas that are not in-keeping with regulation practicesThe Ideal Candidate will have Previous experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Managing Quantity Surveyor or similar.
