Parts Advisor - Agricultural

RL31678 Parts Advisor - Agricultural Kings Langley £12 - £13.50 p/h Alecto Recruitment are working with their client in the Agricultural industry, for a Parts Advisor in Kings Langley. The successful candidate will ideally possess a background in agricultural or grounds machinery and parts sales, but more importantly needs to be a practical, highly motivated team player with good communication & IT skills. They are long established profitable company, our business has been built up through competitive pricing and supporting our customers with first class parts and service backup. We operate from five Branches in total, with Franchises for JCB Agriculture, Kuhn, Sumo, Larrington Trailers, Marshall Trailers and Nugent Trailers to name a few. Duties will include dealing with customers face to face, by telephone and email, processing orders, keeping customers up to date, providing first class customer service, and stock management including unloading parts and storing them in correct locations. A full UK driving licence is required, in house and manufacturer training will be provided.
