Quantity Surveyor Ground Work Experience

The perfect candidate would be a Quantity Surveyour who was previous experience as a Ground Worker and the job location is in Grantham, considering this, the maximum travel requirement for the right individual would be 30 miles as the position would be fully office based. The company is currently is undertaking a £20M Turn Over and specialises in both Residential and Commercial Sectors. The Role Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for construction projects Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring adherence to budgets Administer contracts and assist with negotiations between clients, contractors, and subcontractors Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality Prepare and assess interim valuations and final accounts Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to clients and senior management Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards Liaise with project teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely project delivery Identify and mitigate potential financial risks throughout the project lifecycle Benefits: Competitive salary package Health insurance Opportunities for career progression Supportive and collaborative work environment Employee development programs and training opportunities Apply as soon as possible to secure your spot.
