Hydraulic Engineer

Hydraulic Engineer / Test Engineer / Workshop Engineer required to join a leading Engineering Manufacturer from within the Aerospace industry. The Successful Hydraulic Engineer / Test Engineer / Workshop Engineer will complete the testing of mechanical and fluid power products and systems such as pumps, motors, valves, actuators and more at the facility in Ramsgate. The Hydraulic Engineer / Test Engineer / Workshop Engineer will have a good electromechanical engineering background ideally with fluid power / hydraulic systems such as generators, pumps, valves, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, generators, gearboxes or similar electromechanical / Hydraulic / rotating machinery products or systems. Package £30,000 - £35,000 Overtime Annual bonus Pension Additional benefits Hydraulic Engineer / Test Engineer / Workshop Engineer role: Will provide testing of mechanical and fluid power products and systems such as pumps, motors, valves, actuators and more at the facility in Ramsgate ensuring all components are correctly fitted and operational before delivery. Identify machinery damage and conduct Hydraulic product testing. Ability to complete technical documentation as work is progresses. To perform other duties as assigned from time to time and liaise with various engineering departments. Hydraulic Engineer / Test Engineer / Workshop Engineer Requirements: Experience as a Hydraulic Engineer, Test Engineer, Hydraulic Test Engineer, Hydraulic technician, workshop engineer, workshop fitter and or similar. Will have a good electromechanical engineering background ideally with fluid power / hydraulic systems such as generators, pumps, valves, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, generators, gearboxes or similar electromechanical / Hydraulic / rotating machinery products or systems. Will ideally have the experience and ability to conduct testing and control checks on Hydraulic systems and products. An engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous would be advantageous. Willingness to commute to the workshop in Ramsgate
