RL31674 Service Manager - Agricultural Tingewick £35k-£45k We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our clients team of skilled engineers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of their service operations, managing call-outs, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring first-class service delivery to their customers. Key Responsibilities: Organize and manage a team of skilled engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient time management. Optimise call-outs and ensure that customer needs are met promptly and effectively. Oversee all aspects of the service team and workshop, ensuring seamless operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain Work In Progress (WIP) at a manageable level in line with company policy.The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience as a Service Manager within this industry or possess relevant experience from a transferable sector. Be an experienced Engineer looking to transition into a management role. Have a strong understanding of the machinery and the seasonal pressures faced by both customers and the business. Be a skilled communicator, able to effectively interact with engineers and customers alike. Be accustomed to working within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure.Benefits: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm, with occasional Saturday mornings required during busy periods. Company Vehicle.
