Electrical Project Manager

I require an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work on a project in Central London on a long term basis for an established client. Paying a salary base on experience between £(Apply online only) a shift “Outside IR35” 1 – 2 year duration Weekly payments The works will require someone to be based from home and site in Central London. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing two electrical (LV/ Small Power) packages of work on site which are totalling £1.5m in size. Responsibilities will include: - Working alongside a professional engineering team in the creation and execution of project delivery strategies. Ensuring the project program, documentation is being correctly administered and maintained. Overseeing sub contractors and liaising with the client throughout the project adhereing to the clients standards. Delivering these projects in accordance with a program of works. Foreseeing any issues and working with all stakeholders to resolve them. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager. This role will allow a project manager to take a lead role working for an experienced M&E company that has a great name in the industry. The project will require someone with good experience on delivering Electrical projects including LV systems.
