1:1 Year 3 Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bootle, Sefton, on a full-time, long-term basis. In this role, you will provide tailored support to a Year 3 child with attachment and trauma needs, helping them thrive in a nurturing school environment. Key Details: Start Date: 27/01/2025 Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday Location: Bootle, Sefton Your Role: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will: Build a trusting and supportive relationship with the child. Provide both emotional and academic support to help them engage positively in school life. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver consistent and effective support. Foster a calm, nurturing learning environment to promote growth and confidence. About You: The ideal candidate will: Have experience working with children with attachment and trauma needs. Be patient, empathetic, and understanding of individual challenges. Be a strong team player who communicates effectively with staff and parents.
