Experience the joy of empowering individuals to live independently while receiving exceptional care What You'll Do: As a Senior Domiciliary Care Assistant, you’ll help provide professional care to clients daily, in Solihull and surrounding areas. Your key responsibilities include: Supervision: Lead and support our Care Assistants to ensure they deliver exceptional care while monitoring their performance and the quality of care provided to guarantee client safety. Client Relations: Spend time with clients to build meaningful relationships and ensure personalized support. Training: Assist in the training of Care Assistants and mentor them to enhance their skills. Communication: Collaborate closely with management to address any changes in client care needs. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience as a Care Assistant in domiciliary care is essential. Leadership: You'll inspire and guide a team of Care Assistants. Flexibility: Adapt your hours to support clients and your team. Team Spirit: Work collaboratively to provide the best care possible. Development: A desire for continuous learning and growth in your career. Qualifications: You should also be willing to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care if not already qualified.
