Management Accountant - Bournemouth - Up to £50,000 Excellent Benefits Venture Recruitment Partners are looking to speak with talented and ambitious Accountants to join a rapidly growing and highly successful business, as a Management Accountant. This is an exciting time to join a business that has tripled their turnover globally in the last 12 months, having consolidated their market share and reputation with blue-chip clients. The Finance Director is renowned locally for his supportive approach, and is equally keen to speak with candidates who are part-qualified and those qualified by experience. Key Responsibilities Production of the monthly management accounts and other regular reporting requirements. Profit & Loss review including playing a key role in direct and indirect cost control. Month end close activities including posting and reviewing journals for accruals, prepayments, reclassification and adjustments. Balance sheet review and detailed supporting reconciliations. Supporting year end audit work. Providing support during the annual budget process and periodic forecasts. Working with the AP, AR and other management accountant team members to streamline processes and to transform the finance function. Additional ad-hoc activities as required.
