Principal HVAC Engineer

To help support this they’re currently looking for an experienced Principal HVAC Engineer to support their Team in Stockton on Tees. Contract Estimated Duration – 12 months This role has been deemed inside of IR35 You will have the following qualifications & experience Providing the site based focal point for HVAC related issues that arise during manufacture, construction and commissioning and liaising with the Responsible Designer where design intent may be affected. Reviewing and responding to site generated and supplier technical queries, concession requests, commissioning reservations, etc. Managing HVAC instructed change either on site or via the Responsible Designer, as appropriate Managing drawing configuration for the HVAC deliverables through the redline process or through the Responsible Designer Interfacing with appropriate Design Lead Engineers, Package Managers, Section Engineers, Quality, Commissioning and Handover teams Maintaining the configured HVAC design Advising Construction on installation methods and constructability Participate in constructability design reviews Act as custodian of design & engineering documentation on site. You will be required to obtain BPSS security Clearance before starting.
