Building Services Manager needed for exciting Energy project in Redcar, Teesside Introduction: Our client, a world leading Principal Contractor are looking for an experienced and diligent Building Services Manager. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of building services installation from design through to completion on a contract basis. Responsibilities: - Liaise with M&E subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. - Work closely with the quality team to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Ensure installations are carried out according to specifications while adhering strictly To be considered for this role, you must possess these qualifications and skills -Qualification or experience managing large-scale projects within complex environments -Proven track record as principal contractor overseeing demanding construction sites -An excellent communicator who can quickly build strong relationships both internally across multiple departments/teams but also externally upholding our clients reputation PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A SITE BASED BUILDING SERVICES MANAGER ON A CONSTRUCTION BUILD IS ESSENTIAL. 6 month initial contract role with CIS being the preferred payment option and a highly competitive day rate.
