Senior Estimator

A well-established interiors and refurbishment main contractor, specialising in high-quality projects across commercial and industrial sectors are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team due to continued growth. The Role As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing accurate and competitive tenders. They tender projects typically ranging from £1m to £5m, delivering exceptional results for their clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects (£1m-£5m). Analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and risks. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. Develop tender strategies to maximise win rates and profitability. Work closely with the pre-construction and contracts teams to ensure seamless project handover. What They’re Looking For Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the interiors and refurbishment sector. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel. What They Offer Upto £85k plus car / allowance and benefits package.
