Your Responsibilities: As a Technical Support Engineer, you will: Provide remote technical assistance via email, phone, and remote PC login sessions. Conduct on-site support, diagnosing and resolving complex issues and commissioning systems installed by customers. Support the sales team with: Site surveys, reviewing specifications and drawings. Preparing quotations and AutoCAD drawings (not essential that you have previous experience as training will be provided) for first and second fixing solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. About You: We’re ideally looking for someone with: Previous technical support experience or an interest in doing this Strong technical knowledge in electronics, IT, or security industry equipment. A fair understanding of computer hardware and software. Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Comfortable working 5 days a week in an office-based role. We’re particularly interested if you have: 1. Experience as an on-site engineer looking to transition to an office-based role. 2. Knowledge of computing, IT, or networking. 3. Experience with security systems such as intercoms, access control, CCTV, fire, or HVAC. 4. A general passion for technology and its applications. 5. Any knowledge or experience with Fermax systems.
