Your Role: As a Security Technical Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: Account Management (60%) Managing business-as-usual operations for the account. Leading and managing an embedded team to ensure seamless operations. Delivering training sessions and toolbox talks. Collecting and delivering performance and financial reports. New Projects and Initiatives (30%) Supporting new security projects and initiatives across the UKMEA region. Overseeing and managing small works (moves/adds/changes), including budgeting, design, and specification. System Management (10%) Managing enterprise-level systems, including Prowatch (ACS), Genetec (VMS), HID credentials, and Alert Enterprise (PIAM). About You: We’re looking for someone who has: 5 years of industry experience working on enterprise-level security systems. Expertise in managing access control, video management, and identity management systems. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and deliver impactful training. A proactive mindset and the ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives. What We Offer: Competitive Package: £60,000 to £80,000 basic salary 6% bonus company car.
