CNC Amada Laser Programmer/Operator

Overview We are seeking a qualified CNC Amada Laser Programmer/Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating a state-of-the-art Amada EML 2515 fibre laser combination machine, as well as previous experience with Amada machines, laser, and waterjet. Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate Amada EML 2515 fibre laser combination machine. Ensure the machine meets production goals and quality standards. Review and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate cutting specifications. Perform routine maintenance on the machine, including cleaning and checking for any necessary repairs. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications Previous experience programming, setting up, and operating Amada machines, laser, and waterjet. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Day-to-Day Program, set up, and operate the Amada EML 2515 fibre laser combination machine. Review engineering drawings and cutting specifications. Perform routine maintenance on the machine. Communicate with team members to ensure production goals are met. Rate and Shift The rate for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Shift is 4pm to midnight Monday to Friday with plenty of overtime
