QC Microbiologist

CK Group are recruiting for a QC Microbiologist, to join a animal health pharmaceutical company. This role is based at their site in Milton Keynes. This is a contract role for 12 months initially. Salary: PAYE £11.67 per hour - £18.24 per hour. QC Microbiologist Role: Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP. To perform and oversee testing of intermediate and finished products in accordance with GMP. Microbiology testing and training of personnel (Bioburdens, water testing, plate reading, sterility testing, growth promotion, Lungworm testing and Inactivation’s) in accordance with SOP’s. Supporting with investigations to identify root-cause and implementation of appropriate CAPA’s in the Quality Management System. Release of batches in accordance with LROT, escalating any potential affect to supply. Your Background: GMP Compliance. Experience in Quality Control testing. Experience in laboratory investigations. Ability to identify deviations and raise events in the Quality Management System. Science degree. Microbiology lab experience.
