Developing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Supporting business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. Managing the recruitment and selection process. Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.Profile A successful HR Manager should have: Proven working experience in the Human Resources field, preferably within the not-for-profit industry. People-oriented, team player. Strong ER knowledge. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Ability to drive.Job Offer £40,500 FTE Free parking.
