Marketing & Business Development Lead

Shields Talent have partnered exclusively with a well established Glasgow-based legal firm in their search for a Marketing and Business Development Lead. This key role will focus on enhancing the firm’s marketing approach and develop new sales processes designed around its impressive market penetration. Reporting directly to the partners, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing the firm's market presence and client engagement strategies. Job Details - Salary - circa £50k (DOE) Location - Glasgow Work conditions - Onsite ideally, but open to hybrid Sponsorship for the UK is not available, therefore candidates must have Right To Work in the UK Candidate requirements - Highly IT literate with a strong understanding of marketing for small to medium businesses Excellent communication skills A demonstrated ability to learn about and promote the business through relevant channels No specific qualifications required, but high levels of evidenced capability in marketing, sales, and communication are expected.
