If the answer is yes to all of the above, then Hooray may have the role for you Hooray are delighted to be supporting a longstanding client in the recruitment for a Head of Therapies to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis Benefits: 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) - rising with length of service Continued industry leading training & development Personalised staff benefits platform Life insurance scheme Free onsite parking Discount through high street retain scheme Employee Assistance Program As a Head of Therapies, you will: Oversee the professional support and development of all AHP teams across the company Continue to build links with commissioners across South Wales and the South West of England Provide clinical governance across organisation Establish relationships with local universities to provide placements for AHP students To be successful as a Head of Therapies, you will: Have experience of delivering therapy services within the area of learning disabilities and/or mental health Be confident in leading and developing a team of Allied Health Professionals - occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy and dietetics Have a passion for developing and supporting successful therapies teams Demonstrate multi-disciplinary team working Be comfortable working across a variety of services In return, my client is offering a salary of up £72,300 DOE (Band 8a/8b). Please note, this is a full-time permanent position.
