If you answered yes, then this 1:1 SEMH Behaviour Mentor role could be perfect for you THE ROLE – 1:1 SEMH Behaviour Mentor You will work closely with a student who requires additional support to manage their behaviour and emotional wellbeing. You will provide targeted, one-to-one mentoring, helping them to build positive relationships, improve their behaviour, and engage in learning. The role involves working with students who may have complex emotional needs and behaviour challenges, so patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are key.
