We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join our team in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across various subjects and year groups (depending on the role). Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring that all students can access the curriculum. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Provide feedback on student progress and contribute to their development. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the wider school community. Requirements: Fully qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Experience in teaching across primary or secondary levels (depending on your experience and preference). A passion for education and a commitment to improving student outcomes. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the ability to obtain one).
