Primary Supply Teachers

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our educational team. This role requires effective communication skills, a solid foundation in early childhood education, and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. Educate students in core subjects including literacy, numeracy, science, and social studies. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Employ behaviour management techniques to maintain discipline and promote positive interactions among students. Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues regarding student performance and development. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices. Qualifications A degree in Education or a related field with a focus on Early Childhood Education is preferred. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of behaviour management strategies to support student learning and development. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young learners. Relevant certifications or training in teaching methodologies are advantageous.
