Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic Science lessons that engage and inspire students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and excel. Use a variety of innovative teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring each learner can reach their full potential. Assess and monitor student progress, providing tailored feedback to support their academic development. Participate in regular departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community. What We’re Looking For: A qualified Science Teacher (QTS in the UK) with two years of experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Strong subject knowledge in Science and a genuine passion for inspiring students to explore the subject. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students. A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. A commitment to professional development and making a positive contribution to the school community.
