Health Care Assistant

The job deatils for HCA is below; observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight communication with patients, relatives and carers assisting with clinical duties personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety promoting positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients checking and ordering supplies Time: It is flexible - Based on the availabiity the staff will be booked in. Shift Pattern: (Apply online only) - Long Day (Apply online only) - Late (Apply online only) - Sleep-in Thoughh it is the normal pattern of shifts, but the timing can be changed by the client's requirements. Bonus Scheme: there are referreal bonus for refer a staff (If they work for 2weeks with Resilience Personnel)
