Sales Administrator Location: Droitwich Salary: £23,000 quarterly bonus (approx. £2,000 - £2,500 p.a.) Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm; Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm) The Opportunity Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Administrator to support their busy sales department. Key Responsibilities Maintaining and updating quote records, preparing sales documentation, and managing customer files. Processing sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders with accuracy. Coordinating with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements efficiently. Supporting sales audits, presentations, and reports for senior management. Providing general administrative assistance, including data entry and filing. About You Proven track record in a sales administration role is essential. Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong IT skills. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
