Damp & mould maintenance/repairs/treatment Social Housing repairs and maintenance Client Details Working for a local authority based in Nottinghamshire Description You will be responsible for carrying out damp & mould treatment in social housing You will also be required to complete associated repairs and maintenance including basic painting/decorating repairsProfile Previous experience working in a general maintenance/labouring role Experience undertaking mould washing would be beneficial You must have a valid driving license Good levels of customer service as work will be completed in occupied properties Job Offer 3 month temporary contract Working Monday - Friday 37 Hours per week Possibility for contract extension/to become permanent
