Job Title: Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) Location: Covering Knutsford, Northwich, Wilmslow, and Cheadle Salary: Up to £36,000 Van (Personal Use) & Fuel CardRole Overview: We’re looking for an electrically biased Mobile Engineer to cover retail stores, a call centre, and a distribution site across Knutsford, Northwich, Wilmslow, and Cheadle. This role combines electrical maintenance with minor plumbing and fabric tasks, ensuring facilities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general fabric maintenance. Complete PPMs, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and water systems checks. Maintain and repair power circuits, commercial lighting, sockets, and switches. Perform AHU filter changes and basic servicing. Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records. Handle minor fabric repairs, including doors, furniture, and patchwork. Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in electrical systems. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks.
