Workshop Manager required for a well-established welding and fabrication company based in Cardiff. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to manage the day-to-day manufacturing and fabrication operations. Workshop Manager Job Overview Overseeing the day-to-day running of the workshop Delivering high quality and consistent fabrication projects in accordance to customer requirements and quality standards Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed Ensuring workshop equipment in maintained Workshop Manager Job Requirements Proven background within a Workshop / Fabrication supervisory or management role Based in a commutable distance of Cardiff NVQ, apprenticeship or similar qualifications within engineering / manufacturing Ability to read engineering drawings Experience in the welding & fabrication industry is a distinct advantage Good communication skills Workshop Manager Salary & Benefits Starting salary £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 14:00. Full-time, permanent position.
