This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous document production experience, ideally from a law firm, to work remotely during the evening shift. Job Title: Document Production Assistant (Remote, Night Shift) Location: Fully Remote Working Hours: 6pm - 2am, Monday to Friday You must have previous document production experience ideally from a law firm. Demonstrate flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Provide responsive, client-focused document services, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Collaborate with the team to ensure that documents are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Produce legal documents including contracts, reports, presentations, and other materials in line with company standards. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve any issues promptly and maintain client satisfaction. Experience required Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel Must have the ability to multi-task and oversee multiple projects at any given time, as well as perform accurately under time pressures and constraints
