Project Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on delivering high-pressure gas projects within the energy sector, including pipeline infrastructure. As the Project Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, delivering client requirements, and driving project success. Delivery Planning: Prepare and manage the overall Project Delivery Plan, short-term programmes, and resource allocation. Collaborate with the Operations/Contracts Manager to adjust plans as required. Operational Oversight: Lead project design, safety, quality management, resource planning, programme management, and commercial management efforts. HSQ&E Leadership: Act as a visible champion for Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQ&E). Attend and contribute to Health & Safety meetings and ensure a robust induction process for all site personnel. Client Engagement: Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring any out-of-scope work is identified, approved, and managed effectively. What do we need from you? Extensive experience delivering multidisciplinary projects in the Gas industry, ideally with pipeline and/or compressor station/Above Ground Installation (AGI) experience. Certifications and competencies: EUSR SHEA Gas CSCS Card SMSTS Full UK Driving Licence First Aid Certification Desirable: Temporary Works Coordinator/Supervisor certification NEC3 & NEC4 contract experience Fire Warden certification The salary is indicative and based on experience
