Number 1 Site Manager – 8 Traditional Build Houses – Croydon (CR0 7NN) We are seeking an experienced and driven Number 1 Site Manager to oversee the construction of 8 traditional brick-and-block houses in Croydon. This project involves 2.5-storey homes with demolition already underway and is expected to run until the end of 2025. This is a challenging build in a tight area, requiring someone with a proactive approach to manage the entire process—from groundworks to handover. You'll report directly to Dave, the Contracts Manager, and work with a lean site team, including sub-contractors and a forklift driver.
