Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer – RC Frame Blocks This leading residential developer have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major RC Frame tower project in SE London. Being a leading developer and this Senior Quantity Surveyor role being on a large, long-term development, you will need to show longevity through your career and have been involved with long term residential projects through to completion and completed a follow-on project for the same company. This is a very good opportunity to not only work on a prestigious development but to also have long term, stable employment and real progression plans. You will have a Project Quantity Surveyor reporting into you, and you will report to a Managing Quantity Surveyor. The project has very good rail links to the development which will commence in the summer and consists of high-rise construction, so experience is essential. Your working week will be 3 days on site, 1 day in their East London office and 1 day working from home. For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will have a minimum of 5yrs experience working on large residential developments and a minimum of 5yrs in the Senior Quantity Surveyor position. If you have some experience of mentoring trainees and Assistant Quantity Surveyors, it would be advantageous.
