Plant Supervisor

Plant Supervisor Devizes Full Time – Permanent Salary is dependent on experience We are currently recruiting for a Plant Supervisor to join our client at their state-of-the-art facility in Devizes. Job Responsibilities Ensure the efficient operation of the wash plant equipment. Regularly inspect and maintain plant machinery to prevent downtime. Monitor production processes and provide quality checks consistently. Assist with loading and unloading of materials when necessary. Candidate Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours. Mechanical or Maintenance experience is required. Physical fit to do manual labour. Previous experience with plant machinery is advantageous. Proven commitment to safety practices. Strong communication skills are essential.
