Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of construction / maintenance services. They have a reputation for delivering exceptional quality specialising in maintaining and enhancing buildings. The Role They are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in quantity surveying, with a specific focus on maintenance works. You’ll support the commercial team in managing costs, ensuring value for money, and contributing to the successful delivery of maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities Measure and value work completed on-site and prepare interim and final accounts. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost control. Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance. Support the resolution of contractual and commercial issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. About You To excel in this role, you will have: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience or exposure to maintenance works (preferred but not essential). Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
