Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to work for one largest installer of green measures across the UK. The basic salary for this role will be £50,000 depending on experience with an uncapped OTE of c£100,000. Working for one of the most recognisable brands within our sector, who are well positioned within the market and inundated with inbound leads and queries. To identify, recruit and implement industry best sales candidates 2. To train, coach and mentor existing team and all new starts 3. To offer process improvement recommendations 4. To understand the metrics behind the team’s performance and to drive productivity 5. To ensure all staff are performance managed against company KPI's 6. To protect the corporate brand and ensure high levels of professionalism throughout In order to be successful in your application, you will have/be; 1. Demonstrable and proven track record of success within a tele sales leadership role. 2. Demonstrable ability to drive performance. 3. Demonstrable ability to train and coach sales people. 4. Demonstrable record of increasing sales performance with both individuals and teams. 5. A strong track record of personal sales performance and previous sales training. 6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 7. An inspirational presence. 8. Motivational.
